Staff were very attentive.
The location for Seville was good and great, short walk to Seville. Old town district was worth exploring. I have stayed in double room for 3 nights, it was complete with sumptuous bath, comfy bed, as for instance.

The place deserved 4 stars. The location was UNBEATABLE - short walk to Seville as very central. Had brunch in the Bar el Baratillo, located nearby. Lovely and very attentive staff who were always there to help.

I did not want to leave, so can't recommend highly enough this hotel. Overall it was an excellent stay for two nights. The staff were great, the location was marvellous and perfect. Puerta de Jerez tube station was 5 min away.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff were brilliantly helpful and very attentive. My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and coffee/tea making equipment. Bed was comfy.

I got complimentary double room with a bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. All the employees were very attentive and kind. The location was marvellous and perfect for Seville, really close to Seville as very central. Chapel of San Jose was also relatively close to the hotel.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. They even booked a Flamenco performance for us, and provided us with an umbrella when it started raining. The location was perfect, right around the corner from all the amazing tapas, bars, and restaurants. The hotel was immaculately clean and the food in the restaurant was fabulous. We especially loved the rooftop pool and bar, it was a blessing in the heatwave. we highly recommend this place for its fantastic service, convenient location, and great amenities.
